How do you break in your packs?

So far I have just been doing short low power flights then a 1c charge. I start with 3 minutes and add 1 minute on each subsequent flight trying to stay under 3/4 throttle.
My charger won't discharge and I am considering a CBA to help with this. Any other ideas?

I've been doing a similar routine, five 6 minute flights keeping the current down, but you could do a more controlled break-in by doing it on the ground with a Watt meter. You could set the current and watch the mAhr used. I'm convinced you want to do a break-in but I'm not sure what the best procedure is.
